Xstart=0.01, /*Low Threshold Value, this is the lowest probability the Net Benefit will be calculated for*/ Predictors=, /*List variables with the predicted probabilities separated by a space*/ Outcome=, /*outcome variable, 1=event, 0=nonevent*/ Out=, /*Name of output dataset containing calculated net benefit*/ Is not the case, then the user must specify the option. The default is that all specified are probabilities. Plots the decision curve, where is a binary response and NOTE: dca.sas calculates the points on a decision curve and optionally I am not sure where to go from here and any help would be much appreciated! Thank you. I am having a similar problem editing a macro definition for decision curve analysis containing GPLOT to work in SAS University Edition.
